What you can do

Less admin, more clients

Three results, seen on the real app below.

  • Fill your day without the back-and-forth

Clients book open slots themselves; a full group or a taken hour disappears at once.

  • Show every client the job was done

Check in, check out, a note and a photo: the report reaches the client the same minute.

  • Get your tax return prepared

Every invoice posts its GST and QST; Akinaza lays out your return's figures, with their sources. You file it.

How it works

Book, work, keep the books

One tool for the shop, the team and the clients, from the booking to the tax return.

The booking form: the service, the area, the dog, the open slots, the confirmation.

Your books

The books keep themselves

Bilingual invoices, GST 5 % and QST 9.975 % to the cent, an append-only ledger, and the return prepared from it.

Akinaza, next to the diary, the spreadsheet and the accountant

The usual stack works; here is what Akinaza changes, and what it leaves to your accountant.

  • Bookings

    Akinaza
Your clients book themselves. A taken slot disappears at once.
    Diary + spreadsheet + accountant
Back and forth. Messages and calls to find a slot.
  • The team's day

    Akinaza
On everyone's phone. Dogs, owners and encrypted access notes.
    Diary + spreadsheet + accountant
A shared diary. The notes live elsewhere.
  • The report to the client

    Akinaza
A note and a photo, in one tap. It reaches the client within a minute.
    Diary + spreadsheet + accountant
A message by hand. Written after every visit.
  • GST and QST

    Akinaza
Written on every invoice. To the cent, in a ledger that is never rewritten.
    Diary + spreadsheet + accountant
Typed into a spreadsheet. To copy over, then to check.
  • The tax return

    Akinaza
Prepared, with its sources. You file it: Akinaza never submits it.
    Diary + spreadsheet + accountant
Filed by your accountant. Or by you, from your numbers.

Questions

What people ask us

Can I sign up?

Not yet: registration is closed while we build Akinaza with the first shops. Tell us how you work today.

Does Akinaza file my tax return?

No. Akinaza prepares your GST and QST amounts and their supporting documents; you sign and you file. Akinaza never submits a return.

Which shops is it for?

Service shops: dog walkers, groomers, salons, repairers. Not for restaurants and bars, which must invoice with a certified cash register.

Where are my clients' records?

In Canada, encrypted at rest. Consent is given per purpose and never pre-ticked; erasure keeps only the invoices the tax law requires.

Are the invoices bilingual?

Yes, in French and in English, with GST at 5 % and QST at 9.975 % computed to the cent.

Is there AI in this?

Its tax assistant will run on Orazaka, Krizaka's engine: planned, not wired yet. The tax amounts come from deterministic code.
